Hello, my name is Safin, and I am currently a senior at Wayne State University. This remarkable journey has not only deepened my understanding of my major but has also ignited a passion for what I do. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have chosen a major that I truly enjoy, and I am eager to further develop my expertise in the field of computer science. Alongside my studies, I have been working in a sales role for nearly two years, a job that has significantly enhanced my skills in sales, management, and leadership. This experience in sales has sparked an additional interest, leading me to obtain my real estate license.

A short background story about my upbringing would have to start with my father. He played a big role in who I became as a person today. Seeing him work hard for most of his life motivated to become successful and to make him proud one day. So from a young age I took on multiple roles and helped the family as much as possible. I am a person who likes to solve problems. If I see something that can be fixed to make one's life easier I will work relentlessly until I get it done. This drive is one of the reasons I aspire to be a software developer; it allows me to utilize my creativity and problem-solving skills to develop programs that enhance efficiency in various tasks. One example of this was during my time at Verizon Wireless, where I was constantly surrounded by technology. I realized the critical importance of having fast and efficient systems. Being at the forefront and experiencing firsthand the challenges with the POS system, I identified several areas needing improvement to enhance user experiences. Which is why being an expert at this field will literally give me the keys to open many doors to success.
